SKYSENS ONLINE SHOP RETURN POLICY

All Skysens products have 2 year guarantee.

After first customer compliant, Skysens technical team resolves the problem in 10 business days, if it is not resolvable in 10 days and it is not customer usage related problem it can be accepted as quality issue.

With any guarentee related reasons about the product customer may want to return the product to Skysens indicated addresses and ask for new one

Any returns need to be agreed by the Skysens technical team in order to initiate by the customer. Any return requests without Skysens consent is unaccepted.

RETURN SHIPMENT CHANNELS
When return requested by the Skysens, please use return shipment  channel and adress that Skysens team has requested you to do.

CHANGES
We may update this return policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
